Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind circumstances so please choose your products carefully.

Our return policy is for 5 days from the day you receive your purchase. We only accept refunds in the unlikely event, the product is faulty or damaged. Your product must be unused and in its original packaging. If this is the case, we will give a full refund or an exchange on the price of the product (exclusive of postage).

At Teatreat Blends we are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic teas. Please note that in the event an unavoidable situation occurs (eg. natural disaster or extreme weather) our supply of teas may be impacted. In these cases, there may be slight variations in appearance but this does not affect the quality.

We aim to dispatch your order 1-3 working days after purchasing. 

• Postage is FREE for all orders over $60. If your order is under $60, postage is $9.50 for regular Australia Post (postage time will vary depending on your location) 
• Should you require delivery by a certain date, please advise us immediately so that we can do our best to meet your needs 
• Postage destinations are currently throughout Australia only
• Please check your order and delivery details are correct before submitting your payment. Teatreat Blends does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect postage details.

Please note that orders sent by Australia Post are automatically assigned as authority to leave at your address. If you are not home during business hours, we recommend you provide an alternative address or leave in your order notes that you give the courier authority to leave your package at the door.
